खरीफ 2024 के मुकाबले पिछले तीन वर्षों की बिजाई आकड़े व समीक्षा

★ कपास की बिजाई गत वर्ष की समानअवधि से 2.77 लाख हेक्टेयर उछलकर 95.80 लाख हेक्टेयर पहुंची हालाँकि यह बिजाई 2021 व 2022 की बिजाई से कमजोर है।
★ बीते सीजन में कपास की घटी कीमतों को देख भविष्य में कपास की कुल बिजाई में गिरावट की उम्मीद।
★ उत्तर भारत के पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, गुजरात में बिजाई घटी, महाराष्ट्र व कर्नाटक में सामान्य परन्तु तेलंगाना में अधिक।
★ इस वर्ष कपास के उत्पादन में गिरावट आ सकती है।
★ पंजाब के मानसा क्षेत्र में सफ़ेद मक्खी व गुलाबी इल्ली कीट ने किया हमला।
★ पिछले कई वषों से कपास में रोग, सफ़ेद मक्खी, गुलाबी इल्ली एवं अन्य बिमारियों/कीटों ने किया काफी परेशान।
★ पंजाब, हरियाणा, राजस्थान, में हर साल घट रही है कपास की बिजाई।
★ भविष्य में उत्पादन घटा तो कीमतों में तेजी आने की प्रबल सम्भावना।

★ Cotton sowing jumped by 2.77 lakh hectares from the same period last year to 95.80 lakh hectares, although this sowing is weaker than the sowing of 2021 and 2022.
★ Looking at the reduced prices of cotton in the last season, there is a possibility of decline in total sowing of cotton in future.
★ Sowing decreased in Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat of North India, normal in Maharashtra and Karnataka but more in Telangana.
★ Cotton production may decline this year.
★ White fly and pink caterpillar insects attacked Mansa area of Punjab.
★ For the last many years, diseases like white fly, pink caterpillar and other diseases/insects have caused a lot of trouble in cotton.
★ In Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, cotton sowing is decreasing every year.
★ If production decreases in future, there is a strong possibility of increase in prices.
